ezWorka workas are designed to support business operations, not remove responsibility from the humans who own the account, customer relationship, budget, or final decision.

ezWorka provides AI worka workflows that prepare drafts, summaries, checks, and structured work products. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to customers, platforms, regulators, or vendors.
Customers must keep human approval over sensitive actions, including ad spend, publishing, account changes, customer communication, payment instructions, employment decisions, legal decisions, and compliance determinations.
Customers are responsible for having the right to connect third-party tools and for following those services' rules. Access should be removed when it is no longer needed, and credentials should never be pasted into chat or public support channels.
ezWorka may help teams operate faster, but it does not guarantee revenue, savings, platform approval, advertising performance, compliance outcomes, or error-free output. Any public customer proof should be real, permissioned, and current.
Pricing, worka availability, limits, and product features may change as the platform develops. Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African rand on our own website; any USD figure shown on this site is an approximate display value, not a billed price. Production billing terms will be shown clearly before a customer purchases or renews a subscription.
ezWorka subscriptions are sold only on our own website. Assistant platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude act as front doors that connect to an existing ezWorka account; no purchase happens inside those platforms, in line with their marketplace rules.
Our processing of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which is written to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Customers remain responsible for having a lawful basis to connect systems containing personal information of their own customers or staff.
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of ezWorka are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The formal jurisdiction and dispute-resolution clause will be confirmed at legal review.
