Terms

Terms should match how AI work is actually supervised.

ezWorka workas are designed to support business operations, not remove responsibility from the humans who own the account, customer relationship, budget, or final decision.

This page is a plain-language public terms overview, not legal advice and not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed terms of service. Formal customer terms should be approved before commercial launch.

Using ezWorka

ezWorka provides AI worka workflows that prepare drafts, summaries, checks, and structured work products. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them to customers, platforms, regulators, or vendors.

Human approvals

Customers must keep human approval over sensitive actions, including ad spend, publishing, account changes, customer communication, payment instructions, employment decisions, legal decisions, and compliance determinations.

Connected services

Customers are responsible for having the right to connect third-party tools and for following those services' rules. Access should be removed when it is no longer needed, and credentials should never be pasted into chat or public support channels.

No guaranteed outcomes

ezWorka may help teams operate faster, but it does not guarantee revenue, savings, platform approval, advertising performance, compliance outcomes, or error-free output. Any public customer proof should be real, permissioned, and current.

Billing and changes

Pricing, worka availability, limits, and product features may change as the platform develops. Any production billing terms should be shown clearly before a customer purchases or renews a subscription.
